Lead time for delivery of wallpaper is 5 working days if it is in stock. If it is out of stock it can take up to 10 weeks but this is unusual, we will contact you to give you an estimated delivery date.
All shipping costs can be found at check out. If you are ordering more than 14 rolls of wallpaper or from any countries that are not listed please email for delivery quote.
Refunds will not be issued unless your product has arrived in less than perfect condition. If you wish to return an item please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will require you to return the order with all packaging and labels. Shipping is at the customers expense and we recommend that you use registered post as we are not responsible for any products lost or damaged in transit. If the goods are faulty or we have made a mistake postage costs will be refunded.
You have the right to return your unopened wallpaper in perfect condition within 7 days receipt of your order. Full payment less delivery costs will be refunded to you.
